1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Sourcr.net ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "user") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Sourcr.net specializes in web design, branding, and app development. We collaborate with clients to bring their ideas to life through customized digital solutions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Project-Based Services:

    • Payment: A one-time payment of 100% of the total project cost is required to initiate any project, prior to the delivery of final assets or the launch of the website/application.

  • Maintenance Services:

    • Upon request, we offer ongoing maintenance services for websites, applications, or branding assets.

    • These services are billed monthly at a rate agreed upon in a separate maintenance agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of the final deliverables. Sourcr.net reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sourcr.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Delaware Court of Chancery. If the Court of Chancery lacks subject matter jurisdiction, such action or proceeding shall be brought in any state or federal court located within the State of Delaware. Both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on personal jurisdiction or venue.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
